ROSE BARTONE, BS, LCSW-R

Pediatric Hematology / Oncology Social Worker

Education:

Bachelor of Science in Psychology
Master of Social Work – Clinical Concentration from Fordham University
Specialization in work with Children and Families

Rose Bartone has worked as Pediatric Hematology / Oncology Social Worker at CWPW since 2005.

“It is a privilege to journey with the families that I serve through these difficult times.  It is my goal to provide compassion and care in the hope of easing the pain of their experience.”

“CWPW's pediatric oncology social workers routinely interview all patients for the need for intervention, and provide the needed services such as obtaining insurances for uninsured patients, finding economic support for patients in need and finding accommodations for parents when the child is in the Pediatric ICU.

Most patients are also referred to Make a Wish foundation through our social services department.”
