The Lower Hudson Valley Perinatal Network mobilizes all segments of the community to improve the health of women, children and families by:

Educating providers and consumers on topics such as:

• Racial and ethnic disparities in perinatal health
  
• Relationship of chronic disease and birth outcomes
  
• Cultural competence
  
• Gathering, generating and analyzing local, county state and national perinatal data
  
• Coordinating perinatal health issues in the LHV region.
